Submission of generic consumer grievances and suggestions from the Conference organised by IPPAI with the support of OERC Review by IPPAI on 27 Apr 2011
IPPAI had organized a conference titled “Competition in Distribution: Development of the Power Sector in Odisha, at Bhubaneswar on April 27, 2011 with the support of the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC).
There was broad participation from among the key stakeholders of Odisha where they deliberated on critical issues relating to consumer choice and competition in distribution. Some recommendations which emanated from the conference and subsequent discussions are given below:
