Photocall Notice – Frank Fennell Photography booked & we’d love you to join in – 12.30pm this Friday 17th April in Dublin Castle
Please join us for a photocall at 12.30pm this Friday 17th April in the Upper Yard of Dublin Castle (or inside if it’s raining) to celebrate Irish Preschool Play Association’s conference entitled “Letting the Children Fly … Shaping the Agenda for Childcare”. You are also invited to attend the conference on Saturday – full schedule below which has also been sent to the news desk.
For the photo, we’ll have six youngsters playing with Sue Palmer who has written books on Toxic Childhood and how TV is sabotaging play and Irene Gunning, CEO of IPPA – both are speakers at the conference. We’ll have play dough, paint, blocks, bubbles, balls, balloons etc. for the children and there won’t be a TV or a computer game in sight. We will also have a 40th Birthday Cake to share as this is IPPA’s 40th Anniversary conference.
Founded in 1969, IPPA represents over 50,000 families around the country through its membership base of crèches, playgroups, parent and toddler groups, after-school and out of school groups as well as individual members. IPPA welcomed the recent announcement of a free universal preschool place for every child in Ireland and this announcement and its practical implications for members, families and children is likely to come up at the conference again.

Textareas
In reality, textareas are oversized input fields. Treat them the same way, just be aware of the wrap attribute and how each type of wrap will turn out. PHP relys on this attribute to display the textarea.

hiiiiiiii
These two forms act very similar to the already discussed radio and checkbox selections. To name a selection form, place the name attribute within the select tags at the beginning of the form, and then place the appropriate value to fit each option.
